Once you have completed your selection click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order. A contract between the customer and Högl UK will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point Högl UK (Mozimo Ltd) will charge the buyers bank / credit card for the goods dispatched plus postage were applicable). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Upon completion of your order an Order Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have supplied on your payment details. This confirmation will have a unique order number which should be quoted if you have a query or make a return to us.

UK Standard Postage:
Postage & packaging costs for UK deliveries only are Free of charge for orders over £340.00. Orders under £40.00 will incur a postage charge of £3.99
Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the Monday or Tuesday if there is a Bank Holiday.
The postage charges can be added at the checkout. Postage charges are non refundable.
Republic of Ireland: Southern Ireland postage £9.99 This postage charge is non refundable.
World wide signed for postage charge of £18.99 will be added at the checkout. This postage charge is non refundable.
European signed for postage charge of £14.99 will be added at the checkout. This postage charge is non refundable.
Overseas customers are responsible for payment of import duties that are levied by their Country.
We try to process every order on the day it is received; our normal delivery period is 3 to 7 days; weekend and bank holidays are not classed as working days. Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in the porch, garage, shed etc. Orders should be received within a maximum of 15 working days after dispatch for UK deliveries, (Please note that overseas deliveries might take longer.) Any claims for lost or damaged goods will not be entered into until after 15 working days from dispatch. If you do require next day delivery, UK only, please select this option at the check and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
We do not pay the postage cost of returned items.
Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards our customers expect.
On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will dispatch your goods as described above.
If your chosen goods are out of stock we will endeavour to deliver within 30 days or if they are no longer available we will advise you by e-mail and if possible offer you an alternative. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel your order at any time providing the order has not been dispatch.
If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.
In the case of orders greater than 1 pair of shoes goods may be dispatched at different times.
Delivery will only be made to the cardholder's registered address or the cardholder's place of work, which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will not in any circumstances deliver to any other address.
Please note that for any items that are returned to us by our courier as undelivered we will not provide a second free delivery for customers who would still like the order. We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we despatch it a second time.

The total price charged is inclusive of any payable V.A.T in the UK. If you live outside the UK the UK VAT will be deducted at the checkout.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours and products are only as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allow.
If any product fails to meet your expectations please return it to us and we will look into the matter. Please see the returns policy.
Our web site is not targeted at children and orders from children under the age of 18 must be made with parental consent. We do not accept liability for orders placed and despatched without the necessary parental consent.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging (e.g. box), unless an extension of time has been previously agreed. We will refund the product price, but we will not refund postage costs. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.
Please make sure your name and address are clearly visible on the return form, as well as the unique order number. This information will speed up any enquiry to us.

Please obtain proof of return for your parcel. We recommend Recorded, Special or Insured Delivery are used, as we do not accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Please leave a 24 hours gap for us to process your request. Please note that if the order is already in packing & postage progress it might not be possible to cancel it, in this case you will have to follow a regular return procedure and the amount paid for the item will be refunded.
